Whether it is from your computer or your mobile device, you can talk about your finances online with complete discretion thanks to Microsoft Teams, the technological tool favoured by Desjardins to provide virtual meetings.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Whether it’s from your computer, tablet or cellphone, you can talk about your finances online with total trust.

 1 – You must first download the Microsoft Teams application on your cell, tablet or computer.

2- A few days before your appointment, you will receive a secure link by email.

3 – At the time of your appointment, you will only have to click on the link.

Please note that you will never be asked for your Desjardins Access Card number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN).
